Day 235: John 8:58. Everything points to Jesus. 🆙
Day 230: With her last breath, the sun kissed the faces of each one and laid down her head. The crowd applauded and one lady whispered, “Good job, Sun”. 🌅 #ungulajournals (at Empire State Building)
Day 228: We counted down together as the sun played hide-and-seek behind the Brooklyn bridge, and the city lights came out to find him. #ungulajournals (at Brooklyn Bridge)
Day 228: Visiting ground zero today, I’m reminded of the fragility of life, but also of faith in humanity coming together during harsh times. #ungulajournals (at World Trade Center 9/11 Memorial)
Day 226: The world is your oyster. #ungulajournals
Day 223: “You can’t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” - Steve Jobs. Past, present and future collide as I stand beneath one of the 7 wonders of the world. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined where I would be on this day, nor the friends and family that I would have been blessed with along the way. The beginning of a brand new season in my life. Unsure of what to expect, so I’m taking it as it comes, that in every season I might learn to trust in The Lord (Prov 3:5). I suppose this trip really does say it all for the future. New friends, new experiences, new moments, but in amongst it all, to stay grounded and “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen” (2 Peter 3:18) (at Chichén Itzá)
Day 216: Goodnight, world. #ungulajournals (at SB Tower Live Work Lofts)
